Detailed Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
• At least 8 years of experience in support in Unified Communications domain.
• At least 8+ years of experience in Unified Communication domain with Skills - Cisco Technology with Enterprise Voice, Video, Extensive knowledge and experience on complete design and deployment of CUCM, IM&P, Unity, Gateway, Expressway & Telepresence network, CMS expertise in troubleshooting end-to-end business critical video and audio conferences etc.
• Good knowledge on various troubleshooting and monitoring tools in the Unified communication domain like IR Prognosis, RTMT, Prime Collaboration, TMS
• At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Good Analytical and communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
