  • Experience in Requirements Gathering/Consulting to use GDF/CCAI Chatbot in Genesys Cloud/Salesforce/Service now agent desktop
  • Ability to design complex GDF/CCAI call flows with backend API integrations

Detailed Job Description:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
  • 8 + years of IT Experience in Contact Center.
  • 8+ years of experience in End-to-End Contact Center and should have strong experience in GDF/GCCAI development and implementation
  • Experience in Requirements Gathering/Consulting to use GDF/CCAI Chatbot in Genesys Cloud/Salesforce/Service now agent desktop
  • Ability to design complex GDF/CCAI call flows with backend API integrations
  • Experience in Genesys cloud for end-to-end contact center including IVR development, End to End Testing and Implementation
  • Experience in WFM, Reporting
  • Experience in JIRA and Devops tools
