• Candidate should have hands on experience in Auto Finance domain - Originations and Servicing
• Should have worked in Auto LOS (Loan Origination Systems)
• Should have worked in Applications such as RouteOne, Dealer Track, etc.
• Should have worked with Product Owners, Business Users to understand product requirements and convert them into functional specifications and stories
• Should have worked in creating test plan, test cases, etc.

• Experience with Lean Agile development methodologies
• Good understanding of agile and traditional methodologies

• 7+ years of experience in Auto Finance domain
• Experience in Loan Originations (RouteOne, LOS, etc.) and Servicing (ALFA, etc.) systems
• Strong understanding of Collections, Payments, Insurance and Taxing, Remitting Funds, Payoffs, Reversals, customer change requests and other Servicing processes
• Experience in third party systems such as Credit Bureaus, LexisNexis, Guidebooks (NADA/KBB), etc.
• 5+ years of experience in testing.
• Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies
• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
• Conduct backlog grooming/sprint planning/scrum events/other agile sessions as needed
• Good understanding of agile and traditional methodologies
• Willingness to take ownership for own work to continuously improve performance
• Understand (intra/inter) dependencies between all elements of Auto Financing and how all work together to implement the best possible solution
• Experience in Estimation, prioritization, planning, coordinating testing activities and assisting the team in packaging functionality for optimized test execution aligned to overall project milestones.
• Work with release management to ensure products are thoroughly tested, published results, and rollback plans are captured
• Experience in leading multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
