- Minimum 12 to 15+ years SuccessFactors experience
- Minimum 5+ SuccessFactors full lifecycles as Functional Consultant
- SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems (LMS) certified with strong LMS configuration background
- Experience of Pharma industry as added advantage
- LMS Data migration experience
- Experience in working on the design for LMS applications and drawing up the roadmap for the LMS solution.
- Experience in defining and driving large and complex Data Transformation programs working with business and technology stakeholders
- Assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post - implementation support of SuccessFactors HR application solutions.
- Knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors and the future strategic direction of the application roadmap.
- Onsite + flexibility to work on a need basis with an overlap during offshore hours
- Strong communication skills
