• IVR testing experience
• Spanish language fluency is TOP skill requirement.
• All other requirements related to testing already mentioned in ECMS requirement description below.

• Good Knowledge on ALM and Testing processes, including defect lifecycle management.
• Sound understanding of Agile Methodology and prior experience of worked in Scrum.
• Test Plan documentation.
• Test Reporting and Defect Triage Calls Handling.
• Must have experience in IVR testing and have proficiency in Spanish language
