Detailed Job Description:
- Overall 10 + years of experience in the industry
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in a scrum master role
- Familiarity with software development
- Experience on .Net Full Stack Developer in solutioning and developing
- Working exp in Agile methodology
- Good knowledge of other Agile & Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Be the point of contact for communications at client side (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Work with product owners to understand and share the details to offshore team so that team can work during offshore
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- 5-7 years of in Designing, Development and Maintenance of Scalable, Distributed applications, Microservices.
- Understanding of OO (Object Oriented) programming.
- Experience designing and implementing systems that integrate with .NET application’s API.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft CRM technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, JavaScript Frameworks.
- MS Dynamics CE experience (Certifications a plus).
- Strong FM industry and product knowledge.
- Skills in web services, XML, HTML5, SharePoint, SSIS,SSRS, MVC.
- Ability to create portals and mobile applications and enablement of web pages for mobile devices.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
