• Knowledge of the applications development lifecycle: requirements, testing, deployment
• Knowledge of documenting IT operations
• Knowledge of Business Analysis Book of Knowledge
• Experience documenting business, functional and technical requirements
• Experience with system testing methodologies
• Experience documenting gap analysis of the As Is and To Be system
• Experience developing Test Plans and other project artifacts.
• Knowledge of Data Modelling.

Required Skills:

• Documenting business, functional and technical requirements, 2 5 years.
• Documenting and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix, 2 5 years.
• Creating activity diagrams, use cases, scenarios, and business analysis flowcharts, 2 5 years.
• Creating As - Is and To-Be business and technical models, 2 5 years.
• Facilitating JAD Sessions, 2 5 years.
• System testing, 2 5 years.
• Data Modelling, 2 5 years.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Jira, 1 5 years.
• Knowledge of IT Development Lifecycle, 2 5 years.
• Experience working in a State Agency, 1 5 years.
