- 6+ years of experience in technical QA roles with 5+ years of experience in Telecom billers. Amdocs, CSG and ICOMS billers.
- Strong QA experience in biller migration projects.
- Good communication skills - verbal and written - with the ability to collaborate well in a team and across organizations.
- Experience in stakeholder management and offshore co-ordination.
- Experience in collaborating with technical teams to solve business challenges.
- Broad automation experience in build, test, configuration and deployment in biller applications using Selenium, JAVA or any RPA tools.
- Strong experience in understanding billing configuration requirements, Biller DB understanding and SQL querying knowledge.
- Execute Quality Assurance processes for Integration and E2E testing.
- Develop MicroServices, middleware test automation frameworks and tools in support of client needs.
- Experience on RestAssured or Java based frameworks.
