• 3+ years of product management experience; prior experience in fintech or consumer lending is a plus.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with a diverse stakeholder audience.
• Ability to work in a fast - paced environment across multiple locations and time.
• Zones to drive consensus in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with a highly regulated industry.
• Fluency with agile methodology, product management tools, SQL, Excel, web analytics and AB.
• Fluency with testing software and its processes.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a technical disciple (engineering, developerarchitect dev, economics, finance, etc.)
