Detailed Job Description:
- Facilitates interviews with Subject Matter Experts and business users to elicit requirements for reports and dashboards.
 - Analyzes existing reports and dashboards for enhancement, consolidation, or replacement.
 - Creates detailed requirements for reports and dashboards including business rules, data mappings, visualizations, mockups, basic summary statistics and drill-down.
 - Provides report and dashboard requirements to technical teams for development.
 - Utilizes SQL to query raw system data.
 - Analyzes raw system data to ensure report and dashboard requirements properly account for data issues and working with business and technical teams to improve data quality.
 - Tests reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy.
 - Ensures reference data is properly incorporated into reports and dashboards.
 - Creates end-user documentation for reports and dashboards.
 - Assist with the development of end-user training materials and conducting training on reports and dashboards.
 - Supports end-users with reports and dashboards including troubleshooting and facilitating enhancements.
