Detailed Job Description:

• Support the development and delivery of the overall strategy in conjunction with the Cybersecurity team
• Suggesting improvements to existing business strategies to drive growth, defining problems and strategic solutions, developing hypothesis, and communicating insights to our key decision makers.
• Developing an in-depth understanding of our business and external market forces and building and nurturing strong advisory relationships with key external and internal senior stakeholders and executives
• Provides expertise to the global information security program and provides support for complex components of the companys information security infrastructure.
• Serves as subject matter expert and leads the development and implementation of security architecture, standards, procedures and guidelines for multiple platforms in diverse system environments.
• Defines, implements, and applies area-wide security and/or COB policies and standards by leveraging expert knowledge of globally accepted information security and/or COB principles.
• Leads -risk based cyber strategy initiatives on behalf of Cyber Risk Management
• To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:
• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred12+ years of experience in information security or related technology experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
• Strong business knowledge of both cybersecurity, emerging threats, and industry workforce challenges
