Job Description:
- Looking for Senior, Enterprise Coach and knows it will be at the senior coach.
- Must have PM/PO certification but does not have to have played the role of PM/PO before (needs to know role of PM/PO but does not need deep expertise)
- Must be excellent communicator and stakeholder manager and a quick learner
- looking for coaches who can drive change in given areas of Product but who will also work to build out models and processes for implementation (so must also be analytical)
- Focus will be on:
- Intake Process rolling it out across TTS.
- Prioritization (Business Value and driving OKRs).
- OKR coaching helping product to understand and translate to outcome - oriented way of working.
