Required Skills:
- 8+ years in native/cross-platform mobile development
- 7+ years with technologies like Swift/Objective-C, Java/Kotlin, Node, React, Ember
- Experience in mobile/web scalability and design systems
- Experience with experimentation tools (Optimizely, Adobe Test)
- Proven retail domain experience is mandatory
- Strong communication skills including executive-level engagement
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of modern mobile technologies (iOS-focused, Android also required)
- Drive cross-platform development strategies and architecture
- Implement experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, UI optimization)
- Mentor mobile engineers and lead code reviews
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Executive stakeholders
