Job Duties:
- Work with performance Engineers, solution architects, development team, production support to understand requirements, both functional and technical aspects.
- Prepare, execute, review the test plans. Define test completion and success criteria(i.e., entry and exit criteria)
- Develop code required to support performance testing of these requirements.
- Simulate real-world user loads and scenarios to identify potential performance issues.
- Conduct various types of performance tests, including load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, and scalability testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues.
- Responsible for all communications in the team and outside teams
- Identify and provide the necessary enabling technologies to support day-to-day innovations activities. Facilitate the rapid adoption of these technologies across the team to embed an innovation-driven culture.
- Collect and compile test results, report generation and creation of side-by-side comparison graphs
- Prepare clear documentation for results to review with respective teams
- Monitor logs, splunk , app dynamics, system/resource utilization/disk space etc.
- Identify and track key performance metrics such as response time, throughput, Memory/CPU.
- Analyze test results to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Mentor performance test engineers to expand their capabilities for growth within the organization.
Education: The minimum qualification required for performing the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
