Detailed Job Description:
- Deep knowledge in Chatbot implementations
- Proven experience in managing AI/chatbot or conversational interface products from concept to launch
- Strong knowledge of chatbot technologies, bot framework, NLP, AI, and digital customer engagement tools is required
- Ability to analyze user interactions and feedback to iterate and enhance chatbot capabilities
- The candidate should have a strong background in leading business requirement definition and translating them into user stories and epics.
- They must have prior experience running agile pods and overseeing end-to-end implementation.
- Experience in the financial services domain is a must
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to understand their data needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Must be excellent communicator and has track record of working with senior stakeholders.
- Must have experience managing large programs for Banks and FIs
- Plan and execute PI ceremonies and should be able to articulate Capabilities/Features/User stories
