Detailed Job Description:

  • Deep knowledge in Chatbot implementations
  • Proven experience in managing AI/chatbot or conversational interface products from concept to launch
  • Strong knowledge of chatbot technologies, bot framework, NLP, AI, and digital customer engagement tools is required
  • Ability to analyze user interactions and feedback to iterate and enhance chatbot capabilities
  • The candidate should have a strong background in leading business requirement definition and translating them into user stories and epics.
  • They must have prior experience running agile pods and overseeing end-to-end implementation.
  • Experience in the financial services domain is a must
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to understand their data needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Must be excellent communicator and has track record of working with senior stakeholders.
  • Must have experience managing large programs for Banks and FIs
  • Plan and execute PI ceremonies and should be able to articulate Capabilities/Features/User stories
