The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
- Develop, test and debug code for the support of a record and information management system.
- Provide ongoing application, infrastructure and technical support to ensure business continuity.
- Provide support for records and information management activities including the operation of equipment, scanning, document review and document classification.
- Coordination with IT staff (State and Contractors) to implement requirements.
- Migrate documents and records from a legacy content manager solution to new electronic document management solution.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
- 3+ years’ experience working with enterprise - level RIM systems, including system design, implementation, and management.
- 3+ years’ DB2 experience.
- 3+ years’ .NET experience.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
- Experience supporting and developing in Kofax versions 11+.
- Experience developing, testing and debugging code for the support of a record and information management system.
- Experience in analyzing data to improve records management processes and systems.
- Ability to provide ongoing application, infrastructure and technical support to ensure business continuity.
- Experience supporting records and information management activities including the operation of equipment, scanning, document review and document classification.
- Experience planning upgrades and patches, and oversee testing environments.
- Experience supporting the Department of Public Safety Kofax and content management solution.
