Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs and materials (user manuals, e-learning modules, presentations) for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions tailored to various user levels (end-users, super users, IT staff).
- Collaborate with ERP implementation teams to understand business processes and workflows to align training content with organizational needs.
- Provide post-go-live support and refresher training sessions as needed.
- Assist in change management efforts by communicating system changes and benefits to stakeholders.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to continuously improve training programs.
- Stay updated on Oracle Cloud updates and new features, adapting training content accordingly.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors or consultants when needed for supplemental training.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP training or implementation.
- Deep understanding of one or more Oracle ERP Cloud modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, Projects).
- Experience designing and delivering training using different modalities (ILT, VILT, e-learning).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex system processes into simple, clear instructions.
- Proficiency with tools like Oracle UPK, Captivate, Articulate, or other eLearning development software.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Guided Learning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Certified Trainer or related Oracle certifications.
- Prior experience in ERP change management or organizational readiness projects.
- Experience in cross-functional ERP implementations.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
