Job Duties:

• Own end-to-end solution design for ESM capabilities on ServiceNow
• Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with Golden Instance architecture
• Lead design for functional domains (IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, etc.)
• Review and validate designs from System Integrators and delivery teams
• Enforce standardized design patterns across all onboarding functions
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow OOTB capabilities and maximize reuse
• Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB)
• Present solution designs, trade-offs, and recommendations
• Identify architectural gaps and manage exceptions/escalations
• Support convergence of multiple instances into a unified Golden Instance
• Drive elimination of legacy customizations and inconsistent data models
• Enable enterprise data alignment and integration scalability
• Work closely with Development, Integration, and Testing leads
• Clarify design intent and resolve design-time issues
• Ensure delivered solutions meet functional and architectural standards
• Ensure platform stability, upgrade readiness, and long-term sustainability
• Embed DevOps discipline, governance, and quality controls
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering or  equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent  with relevant experience.
