Job Duties :

Responsibilities
•⁠  ⁠Lead design workshops and translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions
•⁠  ⁠Define architecture standards, integration strategies, and governance models
•⁠  ⁠Oversee technical delivery, reviewing solution designs and ensuring compliance with best practices
•⁠  ⁠Serve as the primary technical authority and advisor to client stakeholders and executives
•⁠  ⁠Mentor developers, admins, and consultants across delivery teams
•⁠  ⁠Create technical roadmaps for platform adoption, upgrades, and new module rollouts
•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, enterprise-grade solutions

Projects they will be working on/ Day-to-day responsibilities: 
•⁠  ⁠Lead solution design workshops with clients
•⁠  ⁠Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow architectures
•⁠  ⁠Define integration strategies with enterprise systems
•⁠  ⁠Execute AI-driven delivery transformation initiatives
•⁠  ⁠Drive AI adoption across delivery teams
•⁠  ⁠Integrate AI into sales, scoping, and service delivery processes
•⁠  ⁠Establish and manage governance and reporting structures
•⁠  ⁠Review and approve technical designs from delivery teams
•⁠  ⁠Oversee technical delivery and sprint reviews
•⁠  ⁠Present trade-offs and architecture decisions to executives
•⁠  ⁠Mentor developers, admins, and consultants
•⁠  ⁠Build reusable frameworks and accelerators


Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering or  equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent  with relevant experience.
