Job Duties : 
•⁠  ⁠Direct and manage the complete lifecycle of a project including the planning, design, program, test, and implement of business solutions designed to meet requirements.
•⁠  ⁠Develop complete & thorough project plan and associated communication documents.
•⁠  ⁠Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
•⁠  ⁠Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
•⁠  ⁠Identify and mitigate risks to the project and communicate risks to stakeholders.
•⁠  ⁠Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
•⁠  ⁠Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements, risks, and other program management office (PMO) methodology documentation.
•⁠  ⁠Prepare status updates, including QUAD charts to senior management.
•⁠  ⁠Facilitate status meetings with project stakeholders.
•⁠  ⁠Show ability to learn new tools and processes.
•⁠  ⁠Show flexibility in changing approach when needed.
•⁠  ⁠Experience with ERP / third party systems program management with SDLC experience.
•⁠  ⁠Ensure the quality and integrity of project work products.
•⁠  ⁠Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
•⁠  ⁠Lead change management.
•⁠  ⁠Motivate the team by explaining priorities and objectives.
•⁠  ⁠Adhere to and analyze project/program policies processes, standards, governance, and metrics.
•⁠  ⁠Make recommendations for improving efficiency, product delivery and expense reduction in projects.
•⁠  ⁠Knowledge on Supply Chain processes typically related to the Retail industry in Planning.
•⁠  ⁠Manage Projects that include Kinaxis.

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering or  equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent  with relevant experience.
