Qualifications: Strong knowledge of SAP Global View Knowledge of Oracle HRIS is a plus Excellent analytical, problem solving capabilities. Computer skills with Excel, Word and Powerpoint is a plus. Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management. Bachelors degree is preferred. 3-4 years of Human Resources experience.
Under general supervision, this position will provide support to the HRIS and Compensation groups within Human Resources. Position will be responsible for entering and controlling the flow of confidential information into and out of the company HRIS database. May generate and distribute a variety of reports and statistical summaries regarding employee skills, headcount, pay data and other related information pertaining to employees. May perform additional duties involving compensation, such as year-end salary and bonus administration, promotions and salary surveys. Responsibilities: Assists in the regular administration of the company HRIS system. This includes, updating employee records, queries, new hire input and retrieval of confidential information used for management reporting. Distribution of company-wide transfer and termination notices. Daily maintenance of the Employee Directory which is used to house employee name locations, phone, e-mail address etc. Assists with various compensation initiatives i.e. mid-year/year-end compensation administration, job description database, salary surveys, and results and reporting of Performance Reviews. Distribution of 90 day employee review notices to senior management. Participate in other HR initiatives as assigned.
