Our great healthcare client is looking for a QA Analyst to join their team to help with the testing of their SalesForce project.

Major Responsibilities:
-Define and write detailed test cases/ test plans and business use cases/ scenarios that explicitly match the business requirements using Quality Center test management tool. Test cases need to be written to the level that they can be handed to an automation team for easy scripting. 
-Create and execute test cases that will cover all aspects of the Business Testing Cycle including: User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression and Pre-Production Testing.
-Responsible for logging results using Quality Center test management tool and other defect tools and proactive discussions around testing and defects with the BA and team. 
-Report and Manage Defects using the Quality Center test management tool other defect tools and retest fixes to reported defects.
-Review, analyze and comprehend project documentation in order to understand and represent the overall objectives of the project / release and develop comprehensive test cases.  Documents include, but are not limited to Business Requirements, Business Specifications, Architecture Documents, Technical Specifications, and Test Strategy.
-Support the identification of required test data for test case execution
-Actively participate in Project Status Meetings, design sessions and defect meetings 
-Assist BA to define timelines for UAT testing phase in each release / project 
-Help create UAT best practices for team 

Qualifications:  (Knowledge, skills and abilities)
-4-5 years QA/Testing experience as a hands-on tester/analyst
-Must be proactive and communicative
-In-depth knowledge of  Quality Center – Requirements, Test  Plan, Test Lab, & Defect Modules (must have)
-Solid knowledge of testing approaches and concepts (i.e., functional, performance, regression, etc.) and testing life cycle
-Ability to multi-task working both independently and in team environments
-High standard of performance, attention to detail and commitment to excellence
-Excellent written and oral communication with the ability to work in a collaborative environment
-Web-Based Application Experience 
-Strong PC skills including MS Office & Internet Explorer
-Healthcare experience preferred
-Business Analysis skills a definite plus experience a definite plus
-Experience testing vendor products a plus
