The client needs someone with solid functional ERP Testing experience combined with leadership qualities – basically someone more assertive who tells the client what needs to get done vs. asking the client on how to do things.  Peoplesoft ERP is the preferred but Oracle ERP okay as well.  This person must have led teams before. He/she is expected to manage a test team of about 10 resources, provide regular status updates and report to client stakeholders.
