Seeking candidates for Automation Engineer openings for a large national account onsite in Pontiac, MI; Reston, VA; or Plano/Dallas, TX.  The project is for 12 months with extensions possible.

Skills required:

• 5+ years of experience in an Automation Tester/Engineer role (preferably at the enterprise level) with 2 years in full life cycle implementation, customization, and execution.
• 3+ years of Quick Test Pro (QTP) experience record & playback function, creation and management of object repositories and descriptive programming.
• Must have prior experience in design and development of custom test automation frameworks.
• Advanced knowledge of Quality Center API and QTP Automation Object Model.
• Must have strong development skills in VBScript to customize QTP Scripts.
• Must have experience using Business Process Testing (BPT).
• Experience in designing and developing applications using C++/C#/Java.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, XML, Unix.
• Experience with both front end and backend testing.
• Experience working with Client/Server, Web, and SOA/Web Services technologies.

Nice to have:

• Experience in working with Selenium Experience with SOA.
