Dept of Treasury needs 2 PeopleSoft HCM Leads for an HCM implementation (PeopleSoft System HCM 9.0 – 9.2.) focused on the Peoplesoft HCM modules outlined below, including base benefit, payroll, absence management, employee and manager self-service.

***THIS REQUISITION IS FOR TWO POSITIONS***

 

These 2 PeopleSoft HCM Lead resources will be working as functional consultants at Dept. of Treasury for an HCM implementation (PeopleSoft System HCM 9.0 – 9.2.) focused on the Peoplesoft HCM modules outlined below, including base benefit, payroll, absence management, employee and manager self-service.

 

The resources in these roles will be required to work onsite at the client's location, from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Position is funded through June 2015.

 

While the positions are considered "functional", and the candidates are not expected to perform PeopleCode programming tasks or system administration tasks, the candidates MUST have the technical fluency in SQL to support testing activities, and they MUST have technical knowledge of the PeopleTools being utilized and functionality of those tools.

 

In order to create specifications, the candidates MUST be familiar Application Designer in PeopleTools in order to ‘look up’ the tables, business logic, rules, and configuration.  They must also be familiar with data mover scripting, project migrations, and process scheduler.  While they would not be required to write the data mover scripts, migrate projects, or configure the process scheduler, they need to have a working knowledge of the functionality PeopleTools provides for their use. 

 

Required Experience includes:

Experience with PeopleSoft System HCM 9.0 – 9.2

PeopleSoft HCM Implementation experience

Experience using SQL to support testing activities

5 years HCM experience with Base Benefits, Payroll, & Absence Management modules

3-5 years HCM experience with Employee and Manager Self-Service modules

1 year PeopleTools 8.52

3 years prototyping / testing / training / QC / documenting acceptance criteria

3 years working with PeopleSoft hosted on Windows

2 years Tax Updates

2 years Office 2013, Visio, Data Flow Diagrams, Business Process mapping

 

Strong written and oral communication skills required for candidates to be considered for this position.

 

Experience with PHIRE application change management, experience with public sector bargaining units would be nice to have as well in this role.
