Red Hat will provide Professional Services to assist Client with the following tasks:

• Providing advice and general knowledge transfer in connection with the configuration and optimization of Red Hat technologies
• Offering on site system support for Client's Red Hat environments.
• Assisting with Spacewalk environment and architecting a Satellite solution.
• Assisting with system administration responsibilities in the current POS environment.
• Performing system diagnosis and potential resolution of Client's Red Hat related issues.
• Offering general knowledge transfer and documentation as appropriate.
