CA Clarity PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) provides an automated software solution to enable an organization to improve investment decision making, enhance productivity and efficiency, and quickly adapt to dynamic business conditions. CA Clarity PPM offers project and portfolio management capabilities to unify and simplify PPM information and processes into a single system of record and is available on premise.

This position is responsible for the expert technical knowledge of and ability to effectively gather requirements, scope, assess, and implement products of the chosen solution expertise both single Business Unit multi-product solutions and cross Business Unit multi-product integrations within the client environment.
 
Skills Requirements:


     · Using Business Objects and Crystal Reports in conjunction with Clarity to develop reports based on user requirements.
     · Experience with JasperSoft Reporting and Analysis software. 
· Implementing financial enablement within Clarity.

· Creating and managing multiple Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS) including, but not limited to Location OBS, Department OBS, and Security OBS.

· Implementing eCPIC Accelerator integration.

· Implementing EVM Module integration and IT Dashboard interaction.

· Installing Clarity software upgrades and necessary CA add-ins and accelerators

· Using Clarity's XML Open Gateway (XOG), GEL scripts, NSQL, Clarity work flows, and Clarity Portlets and pages

· Integrating Microsoft Project (MSP) and Open WorkBench with Clarity.

· Troubleshooting various technical issues that arise (i.e., LDAP synchronization, MSP Integration, etc)

· Applying data analysis and definition to the Clarity environment using attributes, objects, sub-objects, and virtual attributes.

· Meeting with appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain a thorough understanding of each project/program management tool/business process area.

· Participating in requirements discovery working sessions with an audience of customers and SMEs.

· Translating requirements into design documents that identify configuration, user interface, and reporting options.

· Analyzing multiple systems/applications and determining options for integration with Clarity

· Developing data diagrams and a process for data configuration management.

· Maintaining and improving Clarity system performance.
