BA/BS in related field OR equivalent years in college education and relevant experience such as enterprise server administration

Experience in systems administration OR MCSE/MCIPT certified and 3 years of relevant experience

Experience as a technical lead of an IT project team to include experience in supporting enterprise class application and middleware technologies
