Ability to read, understand, and create infrastructure architecture design documents.

Detailed technical understanding of infrastructure components, their dependencies, and interactions between servers, virtual systems, networks, databases, web applications, e-mail systems, data centers, etc.

Ability to proactively participate in customer engagements, follow direction from lead technicians, work with customers, and participate in technical planning.

Experience creating technical documents, standard operating procedures, and related materials.

Possess strong communications skills.

Able to work on multiple concurrent projects.

Ability to complete assignments timely and submit weekly status reports indicating progress on assigned tasks, performance against assigned project due dates, and identification and suggested resolution for issues having a potential to adversely impact performance and/or the project.

This position will be providing support for current on premise Exchange preparing for migration to the Google Cloud for email. 

There is no scripting required for this position. 

70% working with trouble tickets - take requests from Service Now ticketing systems, setting up accounts for users, and trouble shooting Exchange server and client email/Outlook issues.

30% Working with the rest of the email team on project issues that have been identified.

The Exchange Administrator will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and requires the ability to transition quickly between different platforms and applications throughout a working day. This is a new position that will be focused on backfilling current staff who will be working on migration of our current email solution to a cloud email provider.  Day-to day tasks will include support ticket resolution for email, webmail, vault, Blackberry/MDM, and other products supported by the Email team.

5 to 6 years of relevant experience; preferred education 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.
