Manage all aspects of a project or a function as a project lead, responsible from all components of the solution and the product development life cycle activities.
Specific duties include:
Develops and manages project plans and product strategies that meet the specific needs of BUSINESS UNIT business units.
Leads, manages, and motivates cross departmental business committees (in a matrix environment); facilitate the achievement of consensus and resolutions that meet corporate objectives.
Manages cross-discipline project teams (in a matrix environment) throughout the project life cycle to ensure that business objectives and deadlines are met.
Develops or manages the development of current and proposed workflows (system and business), user requirements, business analysis documents, training modules, and test/implementation plans.
Partners with IT and business community to ensure the development of accurate and appropriate solutions to business needs.
Assesses staffing and resource needs for assigned projects.
Identifies areas of risk and/or inefficiencies, develop and recommend “best practices”, and implement solutions.
Provides expertise and leadership on BUSINESS UNIT wide initiatives. Provide a centralized pool of knowledge, for new processes, products, regulations, etc.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
BA/BS required; MBA or MSCIS preferred.
7-10 years as Solution Leader in an analytical environment; Change Management experience preferred.
Thoroughly versed in Product Development Life Cycle. (PDLC)
Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Visio Skills (Must)
PowerPoint Skills (Must)
Solution Prototyping Skill is a plus
Financial Services Experience is a plus
