Job Description:

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for the revenue side of the business (Sales division) for the successful implementation of new product development and product enhancement projects by steering/task managing the project through the various gates of the product development life cycle – pre and post SDLC process.  Pre-SDLC “gates” include but are not limited to: initial concept, definition stage, market feasibility and proof of concept validation, high level P&L development, internal operational and business process due diligence, low level P&L (WEX IRR/NPV), coordination with PMO and Product Managers of development and submissio9n of Vision and Scope documents for products associated with the SDLC release bound prioritization and slotting process.  Post SDLC gates in the product project cycle include go-to-market plans and launch schedules, development of sales training materials, development of post launch success metrics and scorecards.

 

 

Required Skills:

Must have an undergraduate degree in business or a related field, or 5 years of relevant industry experience.  The position places a high need of knowledge and /or experience in software product development, business process, and project management.  Working with customers, product/marketing, sales and technical services is required.  Candidate must have solid analytical skills.  Must be proficient using a computer and working with software applications: Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Outlook.  Must pass a successful background investigation.
