Specific duties for the position include:
Specific Duties:
1. This Staff Aug is a member of the EDC Network Operations Team.
2. Responsible to submit, review and execute change management requests (CRQ) requested either internally or by agency staff.
3. Responsible for the daily operations of the Enterprise Data Center production networking infrastructure environment.
4. Responsible for ensuring that EDC provides the highest level of network performance and availability so that ESF can meet the 24 x 7 needs of its customers and service level agreements.
5. Knowledge and professional applied experience with configuring Cisco network equipment in multi-protocol internetworks using LAN and WAN interfaces.
