Complete Description: This person will create a training program and materials to assist with the retraining of existing staff to assume new responsibilities.
* Help to evaluate business processes and technical changes and implement into the training program.
* Work with internal business partners as well as external vendors to collect training information.
* Work with the individuals to train on the new processes and technology.
* Create agendas for all project meetings, scribe and disseminate meeting minutes to stakeholders.
* Provides project management administrative support and produces and maintains the master schedule.
* Identify action items, risks, issues, mitigation strategies and solutions throughout the transition and implementation phases of the project. Maintain a SharePoint structure.
