Description:-

USDM is looking for a Sr Developer - TrackWise experience is preferred but not required. 
Candidate will work directly with the business as part of the Corporate Quality Systems IT Team to develop business intelligence capabilities for Quality Management Systems data for Change Control in the Trackwise 8 database. 
Data resides in multiple data sources: 
• Sparta Trackwise 
• Data Warehouse 
Knowledge of the Trackwise application database table structure is desired. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Work directly with clients/partners to define KPI, dashboard, reporting, and analytic needs. 
• Work with application groups to define data sourcing requirements/business transformation rules. 
• Conduit between business users and technical teams implementing solutions. 
• Manage user engagement/interaction during User Acceptance Testing and participate in the execution of validation test cases. 
• Author and/or approve SDLC deliverables. 
• Identify training needs/develop training solutions for end users. 
• Utilize change management methodologies and tools to assure successful releases. 
• Communicate status, solutions and concerns. Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team and across functions. Establish, maintain and develop relationships within the business or function. Deliver presentations, facilitate and address issues at all levels of management. 

• 4+ yrs. as a Business Intelligence Developer 
- Business Object/Crystal Reports, especially Trackwise Analytics 
- Cognos & Tableau BI development 
- Data Warehouse SQL queries 
• Solid skills in Systems Development Methodology, SQL querying skills (PL/SQL, Toad or other tool), and formal testing methodologies. 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience, pharma industry preferred 
• Agile and Scrum experience preferred
