Seeking an IT Consultant to join the EGMS grant development team. The IT Consultant will be responsible for developing new grants in EGMS and implementing change requests to existing grants in EGMS. The IT Consultant is expected to work with the grant program managers (Business Stakeholders) to get an accurate understanding of the requirements for new grants and changes to existing grants. The IT consultant is required to learn and use the MTW Grant Designer tool. This is the primary tool for building grants. The IT consultant will also manage EGMS users, setup security groups and build ad hoc reports. The IT Consultant should be familiar with the grant life-cycle process on the Federal, State and local levels.
