We need NEW System Admin candidates with LANDesk Service Desk experience.
Provide software packaging and deployment, PC image maintenance and deployment, software patch management, technology asset management for SW & HW for Altiris, Secunia & LANDesk apps and tech support to Help Desk Staff & customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Maintaining and deploying PC images
- Workstation patch management
- System administration for assigned applications
- Developing SQL queries and reports
- Software packaging and deployment
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for projects and project teams
- Providing Tier 3 support for Technical Support Analysts
- Providing written and verbal information to end users in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
