We are seeking experienced Technology Analysts, with J2EE experience, for the Metropolitan Washington, DC area.

Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative):
Understand requirements, create program specifications and unit test plans; develop codes; implement testing, transition and support activities; team and key stakeholders, participate in knowledge management activities to ensure high quality deliverables within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys Public Services.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with J2EE Technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
• Must be a US citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current ADP II security clearance.
• DoD / Tricare experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in in Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Webservice, Sybase, SQL Server Skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in Unix/Linux operating system.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 2 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
• At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience to Financial services domain.
• Analytical skills.

The job entails sitting, as well as working, at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
