Complete Description: NJMVC needs a PMP with experience managing larger projects from scratch that include building infrastructure for hosting applications, enterprise services such as ESB, ETL, ERP, MDM etc. and using Software as A Service (SAS) clouds. They must have experience in Estimation, Budgeting, Forecasting, and managing financial requirements for the project.
Candidate must be capable of preforming the following tasks:
- Creating Work Breakdown Structure
- Creating and maintaining Project plans
- Managing development team
- Managing day to day activities
- Reporting development status
- Participating JAD sessions
- Participating design sessions
- Documenting meeting minutes and follow-up on actions items
- Documenting design specifications
- Designing and promoting infrastructure and technical solutions
- Facilitating meeting sessions
- Managing or escalating conflicts
- Engaging State employees and training the employees as part of transitioning
- Defining, planning, maintaining and follow project communication
