Our Client has initiated several technology modernization projects aimed at improving business processes and supporting mobile uses cases for passengers, drivers, companies, and employees. As part of this modernization effort DCTC is seeking a consultant with data warehousing and analytics experience to support mission critical needs.  Experience with extracting data and insights from some or all of the applications below is required:

1.         Salesforce CRM

2.         Microsoft Power BI

3.         Intuit Quickbase

4.         Inquisit Learning Management System

5.         Microsoft Sharepoint

6.         Apple and Android mobile application

7.         Google Analytics

8.         SQL

DUTIES

Data Analysis: Participate in discovery sessions to understand the client's business objectives, data systems, data maps, analyze data, and present results to executives in an easy to consume format.

Data management:  Design and implement databases, data models, and data warehousing strategies to enhance quality, privacy, and security of records.

Data Mining: Lead the extraction, transformation, and loading of data to solve ad hoc request or predictive analytics projects. Must be familiar with predictive analytics methods including logistics regression, classification trees, etc.

Operations Support: assess, develop, and operationalize model for prediction and analysis to support DCTC and industry specific needs.

Project Management:  develop charter, statement of work, project schedules, and manage the entire lifecycle of assigned projects from start to finish.

Other duties as assigned.
