Complete Description:
This position is housed under the Department of Human Services (DHS) supporting the implementation of the DC Access System (DCAS). The department is looking for a Training and Change management lead with background in project management with a particular focus with IT Project/System Implementation/Integration.
This role requires the contractor to help with case worker (staff) readiness. Manage readiness of staff at (5) service centers and outstation locations. This candidate will perform organizational change work such as staff readiness from Technology; People (employees); and Resource perspectives. Work closely with other team members, coordinate system power users (champion staff who help other member), and ensure Internal/External consistency.
This position will report to the OCM program manager.
