Complete Description: The primary outcomes of this project are:
1) document the “as-is” state of data dictionaries and models for both substance abuse and problem gambling
2) analyze and document the “as-is” information to derive the “to-be” state of an integrated data model and data dictionary
3) research, analyze, and document implementation strategies
The BA will be responsible for driving the documentation and analysis phases of the project. All team members and stakeholders must be engaged throughout the project to ensure proper communication and buy-in.
Tentative project timeline
1) Project kick off with data team, stakeholders, and executive sponsor – within first week
2) Weekly status updates with data team
3) Mid-way update with data team, stakeholders, and executive sponsor – by 3rd week
4) Presentation of integrated data model and implementation strategies to data team, stakeholders, and executive sponsor stakeholders – by 5th week
