This position will be assisting with the development of web service to merge PDF documents. Programmers will need skills in .net, vb, web controls, and oracle. Specifically .Net Web Services in C# and a strong understanding of SOAP 1.1. Banking experience is not required. Previous contractors with good references are welcome.
