Complete Description:

This position is located in the Office of the Chief Information Officer of DHCF.

Responsible for server-side web development in support of high volume and high profile sites. Supports staff with various technologies on numerous projects at DHCF.

Designs, implements, and maintains business applications with tools (e.g. SharePoint, ColdFusion, ASP, .NET, Perl, or PHP) that require database access to Microsoft SQL server or similar databases. 

Demonstrated experience in broad-based usage of web design, its operational procedures, interrelationships and future trends; detailed experience with web development tools; and experience with web server setup and maintenance.

As an Information Technology Specialist (intent/Applications Software) you will be responsible for the following:

-Serves as webmaster.

-Serves as SharePoint Developer and SharePoint Server Administrator.

- Monitors all information on Websites and SharePoint portal.
