Description:

- Need a candidate who can gather requirements, design front end GUI, hand design off to developers and test what they produce.
- It's important that the candidate has a technical background and is also capable of discussing functional requirements with users.

Functional skills:
- Design applications, GUI and ARIS process design is beneficial.
 
Technical skills:
- Incidence diagnosis skills in the J2EE environments.

Testing skills:
- Execution and reporting.

Candidate does not necessarily need to be bi-lingual, but the ability to understand Spanish is preferred.
