Job Description/ Responsibilities:
• Provide business process and functional subject matter expertise + best practice knowledge with the Salesforce application
• Business process, requirements analysis and review
• Functional solution design
• Engage with the project team to support overall end to end process design
• Provide best practices based roadmap/solution inputs
• Facilitate project meetings and workshops
• Document current state inputs
• Document service flows and solution requirements
• Fit/gap analysis
• Define future state solution
• Overall solution architecture
Mandatory skills:
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.
• Admin certification
• Minimum five (5) years experience developing and implementing enterprise solutions
• Minimum three (3) years of Salesforce experience
