Looking for an engineering professional to assist in design, development and delivery of a portal framework. The Enterprise team is looking for a developer to join us in building a robust, highly scalable and distributed portal using Java and SOA. 

Working in a team of experienced engineers, you will use our standards-based integration technologies and toolset to expand Workday’s business offering through the delivery of quality integration components. This position offers the opportunity to drive the design, development, and delivery of complex integration products in a Java and SOA environment. Candidates must be passionate about innovative software development, eager to learn about cutting-edge technologies, and have proven ability to deliver quality software. 

Requirements

• Experience in Java Spring framework v4.x

• Experience with Oracle Database for creating tables, query optimizations, mapping, JDBC etc.

• Experience in Java pojos, writing business logic based on business/ security policies.

• Experience in Hibernate, DAO etc.

• Solid experience with high level and low level design techniques 

• Experience in designing effective solutions for complex programming and program debugging

• Experience in REST based services.

• Experience in SOAP based services.

• Some experience in front end technologies like HTML5, Ajax, JQUERY, JS, CSS, and bootstrap. 

Desirable

• Some knowledge of IBM Integration Bus/ IIB v9.x is desirable

• Some knowledge of IBM Websphere MQ, JMS is desirable

• Some experience with Websphere Application Server for connection polling and other configurations is desirable

• Some knowledge of  WSRR (Websphere Registry and Repository) is desirable

• Some experience with IBM DataPower appliance is desirable.

• Some experience with source control tools like SVN, GIT etc. is desirable.

• Some experience with analysis of data flow and issue resolution analysis is desirable
