Confidential is a startup built to provide middle school students a resource to launch, lead and manage their own projects for a social purpose. The application(SPA) is a minimal viable product where students can search for mentors to assist them, set goals and milestones to achieve, search other students to recruit to their team, and see their goals through. It also provides forums, private messaging, and resource sharing (using web scraping) amongst their team members.
Organic (and third party) Registration: Form validation, securing inputs, email confirmation using SendGrid, ReCaptcha integration, salt and hash password cryptography for database storage, SQL Transactions and table joins, generating user object to be used for Redux store.
Organic (and third party) Log In: Authentication using Owin Authentication MVC 5, route redirect based on user role, generation of user for Redux store for useful transition between application components.
Drag and Drop, sorting, filtering, routing and mapping components for enhanced user experience, used with many product features.
