  • Lead Developer for c# project perform data integration between NetSuite Cloud services and Confidential ’s database. The project implements Web Services for all data processing along with generic interfaces for future expansion with other third party Cloud systems.
  • Provided development support to custom data interface programs transferring data from external sources into Oracle or SQL Server databases. All development has been in C#.net using internal API’s for data processing.
  • Developer for a c# application to automate a process that took two pages and a minimum of two hours of manual processing. The task was reduced to fifteen to twenty minutes running time. The program handled Excel workbook manipulations, MSAccess actions (Importing/Export), File/Directory processing, and using a Wsh script, processing a GUI application via Sendkeys to create a flash object for review on a web site. Vb.net was used to facilitate Excel and MSAccess script code.
  • Sr Developer for new initiative in mobile application development. Two new mobile applications that are written in a 4GL Agentry language that provides cross platform capability with offline capability. Data transmissions occur when connected to a network. The backend data transfer was a Web service written in C#.net. I wrote a test web service in C#.net to perform research against Agentry processes that were not covered in production.
  • Supported a Cold Fusion based interface for the company’s online application. Responsibilities included maintaining any changes or new code that was required. As there was no practical experience, the Cold Fusion language was learned on the job and work orders were still completed on time.
  • Provided Trouble shooting assistance for the support desk on second level issues that related to the main application, including diverse tools as Crystal Reports integration, C#.net support, and reviewing Power Builder code.
  • Responsible for improving the install process for the primary application. The installs are written in WIX. Learning WIX on the job, I improved the install process by eliminating steps, adding tests for requirements and simplified set up of install files.

  • Lead developer for project to establish data transfers, written in vb.net but converted to C#.net, between remote divisions and a third party vendor that calculated dynamic routes. This was an enterprise level system that worked through a central server to manage the data flow and communication between the client workstations at the divisions and the vendor. This project saved divisions up to eight cents a delivered case of food. Average number of cases would be around 15,000 to 20,000 per day per division.
  • Lead developer for providing a data conduit between a Tandem system and a third party vendor handling “Proof of Delivery” tasks for drivers when they deliver goods. Program was written in Java and C#.net with the requirement that it provide 100% up time for processing data daily. This project has reduced errors in delivery, increased driver performance, and provided a cost saving to the company.
  • Developed vb.net classes as wrappers around Third Party Web Services. These classes allow divisions to access XML data from the vendor and generate reports without the need for manual processing. These tools reduced manual effort of report creation by over 8 hours per person per division for each month.
  • Lead Developer for interface program, written in vb.net that moves data between two third party systems using a combination of Web Services, Access, and SQL Server processes. Program cut labor costs by average of 2 hours across 67 divisions each night.
  • Designed/Developed a sales commission reporting system for a division that needed a custom application built in a short time frame. Application processes data from a mainframe into an Access database. Reports are generated in HTML for posting on an internal website. Program was written in vb.net to facilitate use of MSAccess script code.
  • Designed developed a vb.net inventory management reporting tool that took extracted data from a Unix based database (RMS) and generated a intranet web site for access to the daily reports. This report system increased accuracy of inventory control close to 95% where before it was less then 85%
