Senior Application Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Implemented a method of access control that enabled AMTD advisor users to log in to the AMTD institutional trading web site and gain access to a portal owned & hosted by a third party called Placemark without being prompted to log in again. The Placemark SSO application internally managed encryption/decryption of a token and built HTTP calls which played a key role in communication with Placemark.
  • Implemented server side code in Jaguar framework which included: defining Business Objects, agents, senders and page handlers. Within the page handlers implemented business logic and populated TAGs defined by a CSD in client side HTML pages. For OIPs developed EJB layer which talked directly to an in house SQL database.
  • Implemented Web based application, which provided AMTD advisors with incoming/outgoing non-ACAT transfers’ information for existing Fiserv accounts.
  • Implemented Web based application, which allowed actively engaged investors and advisors open and manage multiple types of brokerage accounts and launch forms associated with those accounts in Laser App software.
