The development of relational databases includes creating tables, indexes, constraints and the coding of stored procedures to drive reports, functions and triggers. Application development includes effective user interfaces for data entry, data tracking, reports and utilities.

Recent experience has been with a team designing creating meta-data universes and developing reports. Current experience is with a team developing information assurance applications and databases.

Designs and develops MS Access (VBA) applications and databases for the Consolidated Exercises Metrics Analysis Tool (CEMAT) for the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC). Other development tools include: Sharepoint, InfoPath and SQL-Server.

Designed and developed the NWF Table Generator using C# and SQL-Server.

Designed and developed an Order / Receiving application and database for a manufacturer using Visual Foxpro and SQL-Server.

Developed the Annuity Payment System (APS) and was the technical lead managing two other developers and a beta tester. Designed and developed the relational database and created an object-oriented framework for the application. The APS was developed with Visual Foxpro. The Reserves module was flowcharted using MS Visio.

Assisted in the development of the Clinical Knowledge Management (CKM) application and database. The original software was Visual Foxpro with its native DBF, SQL-Server or Oracle databases. Assisted in the logical and physical design using ER-Win of an OLAP database to utilize Teradata.

Several other applications and databases developed as an independent include: legal, laboratory management systems, project management and others. These were written with Visual Foxpro with either its native DBF or SQL-Server databases.

Developed a C# application based on company specifications as part of the hiring process with the data stored as XML based on an XML schema.

Provided maintenance and enhancement to existing applications written in Visual Foxpro with a SQL-Server database. Started some of the code for the conversion from Foxpro to C#.
